Want to sell or recycle your older business phones but you’re unsure of how the sensitive information inside them will be handled? At Wireless Warehouse we have a strict business phone recycling policy to ensure your data is handled properly.
As technology and performance demands increase over the devices you use, there will come a time when you will need to upgrade your business phones and dispose of the old ones. Operative systems are updated on a yearly basis and, before you know it, your devices are no longer compatible with the latest software iterations, so it’s time to switch them for new ones. But, instead of just disposing of older phones, you can still squeeze some money out of them when looking for replacements.
Let Wireless Warehouse help you get rid of old devices
Besides selling brand new devices and accessories, we can also help you recycle or sell your old devices. We have programs like Cash in your Phone, where you can turn your outdated phones into money or credit to buy new ones. As a business client, you will have some extra benefits that you can check out in our website:

What about the data inside my business phones? How is it handled?
Even after deleting all the visible data and performing a factory reset, some of your private files can still be accessed through that unit. With that in mind, Wireless Warehouse has developed a meticulous data wiping process which comprises a number of steps:
Removal and disposal of SIM and memory cards: one of the first steps of the cleaning process is to destroy the existing SIM and memory cards, in order to make sure that any sensitive information that might have been “left behind” cannot be accessed through any of these cards.
Multi-level cleaning process: our experience tells us that just one go at deleting the information is not enough, so we use the latest software to make sure everything is wiped from your old devices before dismantling or reselling them.
Connection deactivation: another important step in the device cleaning process is make sure that all lines and accounts are removed from it. While a standard factory reset usually removes most or all of these connections, we perform extra checks to make sure there are no traces left.
Environment-friendly dismantling and disposal: after you turn in your old devices, we will perform the steps described above and then decide if the phone is eligible for resale or recycling. When resale is not possible, we proceed to remove parts that can be reused in other devices and then shred the device. All of this is done in an environment-friendly manner, so you can rest assured that your old devices are properly taken care of.
