If you are not satisfied with your mobile device, you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price less shipping and restocking fees within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in the condition it was shipped to you and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges will only be accepted for the same item to replace the defective product – unless the exact product is not available anymore, in which case we will suggest an alternative based on the price and the specs of the previous device, or issue a refund.
If your device is defective, simply return the item toWireless Warehouse for a prompt exchange. If, for any reason, the item you selected is no longer available we will issue a credit for the purchase price or refund.
For refunds allow 4-5 business days for the refund to post to your account from the time the refund is issued.
