According to a June 13, 2016 new repot, Apple recently previewed its new iOS 10 mobile operating system. According to the company, the new system features new design features for messages, music and news. It also opens maps, Siri, messages and phone applications for developer use. The revamping of the “messages” features makes it possible to deliver more animated and expressive ways to message family and friends. Included with the apps are full-screen effects and stickers.
The iOS 10, according to Apple, enables the personal assistant Siri to do more by syncing with apps – redesigned photos, Apple music, maps and news as well as the home app, which features a secure and simple method to manage home automation at one time. The iOS 10 is developer-friendly as it allows developers to enhance app offerings while enhancing the use of Maps, Phone, Siri and Messages.
Craig Federighi, who is the Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Apple, commented on the new release of the iOS 10. He said, “iOS is our biggest release ever, with delightful ways to express yourself in Messages, a native app for home automation and . . . redesigned apps for music, maps and news that are . . . more powerful, making everything you love about your iPhone and iPad even better.
The new iOS 10 also incorporates Siri intelligence into Photos and QuickType. Not only that, the software system increases privacy and security with its featured technology, Differential Privacy.
Apple is planning to stagger the release date of iOS 10 among public beta testers and app developers, or anyone else who is waiting for the final version. The iOS 10 then will feature three different release dates, depending on the user. Technically, the iOS has already launched. While it still is not ready for the average iPhone and iPad user, an iOS 10 public beta is planned for July 2016.
If you are waiting for a final version of the iOS 10, it will take a bit longer due to extra bug testing. A stable version of the new iOS 10 should debut in September 2016. For anyone who wants to stay up-to-date and make full use of today’s technologies, the iOS 10 was made for them.
